The Warehouse & Logistics Manager oversees AVT Productions’ Santa Clara warehouse, leading a team of staff and drivers to ensure smooth operations. This role manages all aspects of shipping, receiving, inventory, fleet maintenance, and warehouse safety programs while collaborating closely with internal teams and vendors. The manager is responsible for developing processes, supervising staff, and providing logistical support to live events, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and high-quality service delivery.
The QC & AV Warehouse Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and readiness of AVT Productions’ audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment. This role oversees equipment testing, repair coordination, inventory management, and quality control within the warehouse, while also supporting live events as needed. The ideal candidate has hands-on AV experience, a strong background in electronic repair and maintenance, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, team-driven environment that supports high-end, executive-level events.
The AV & Warehouse Technician supports AVT Productions’ events and warehouse operations by handling AV setup, teardown, and technical support, as well as inventory management and equipment maintenance. This role works closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver reliable, professional service in high-pressure environments. Responsibilities include operating sound and lighting systems, providing on-site technical support, repairing and tracking equipment, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.
The Production Manager leads the planning and execution of corporate events, overseeing creative, technical, and logistical elements from concept to load-out. This role collaborates closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality productions that align with strategic goals and budgets. Responsibilities include managing event design, audio-visual production, vendor partnerships, and on-site logistics, while ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in large-scale event production, strong leadership and project management skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The Project Manager oversees the planning and execution of corporate events, managing creative, technical, and logistical elements from concept through load-out. Serving as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, this role ensures flawless delivery against strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing and vendors, managing project budgets, reconciling expenses, and providing on-site leadership during live events. The ideal candidate has several years of event management experience, strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The Events & Operations Admin supports AVT Productions’ Client Experience and Operations teams by handling essential administrative, finance, and HR-related tasks that keep projects and events running smoothly. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, scheduling, and internal support, ensuring a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and client service across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting executive-level events and internal operations.
