Partner Spotlight: MPI and VCI Events Help AVT Productions Deliver a Cinematic LED Experience at CadenceLIVE 2025
AVT Productions was proud to lead the end-to-end technical production for CadenceLIVE 2025, hosted by Cadence Design Systems at the Santa Clara Convention Center. With over 2,000 attendees from across the semiconductor, electronics, and AI industries, this year’s event marked a major milestone: the launch of the Millennium M2000 Supercomputer.
From concept to execution, AVT oversaw all technical aspects of the general session, including:
- Scenic and stage design
- Lighting design and programming
- Audio reinforcement and wireless mic management
- Multi-camera direction and video switching
- LED content mapping and engineering
- Virtual support for livestreaming
- Technical rehearsals, cue-to-cue planning, and network infrastructure
A Seamless, Immersive LED Environment
In collaboration with fellow Event Production Network (EPN) members MeyerPro (MPI) and VCI Events, AVT transformed the keynote ballroom into a fully immersive experience.
The setup featured:
- A curved 88-foot ROE 2.6 LED wall as the main visual anchor
- Floor-to-ceiling side LED walls
- A transparent LED ceiling structure that extended content overhead
The entire canvas spanned a horizontal resolution of 15,296 pixels—incorporating side banners, negative space, and the main wall—while the vertical resolution reached 4,272 pixels, including overhead coverage. Every piece of content was designed to travel across this unified pixel space, surrounding attendees with motion graphics that felt immersive and alive.
This immersive LED design redefined the general session, turning the keynote into a theatrical, surround-video experience where every announcement felt cinematic.
What Our EPN Partners Brought to the Table
MeyerPro (MPI)
- Provided redundant Aquilon RS4 switchers with Lightware routers on input/output sides, programmed to support partial and full failovers
- Supplied redundant Disguise D3 media servers powering the 88-ft main wall and ceiling/side LED installations
- Delivered a total mapped raster of 20,832 x 10,368 pixels, ensuring frame-accurate transitions and seamless integration with AVT’s playback workflow
VCI Events
- Supplied additional ROE 2.6 LED tiles critical to achieving scale, clarity, and pixel accuracy
- Collaborated closely with AVT’s LED engineering team to support the build and alignment process
AVT managed pre-production logistics, venue infrastructure, and showcalling of multiple program blocks. Load-in began May 3, rehearsals kicked off May 6, and the show executed flawlessly on May 7.
The support from MPI and VCI was nothing short of incredible. They didn’t feel like external vendors—they were an extension of our crew: precise, responsive, and perfectly aligned.
Together with Cadence and our EPN partners, we delivered a high-impact show that pushed creative boundaries and raised the bar for corporate event production.
